New Vendor Creation

Dear both,

Please kindly find attached file to create New Vendor in our system. Basically 3 documents are required as below:

1)      Master Data

2)      Business License – chopped copy

3)      Information & declaration of supplier (Share code of ethics to vendor and ask them to fill the copy of informationand Declaration of Supplier)

File 1 & 2 need to send Michael Zhang, cc department head and Traier Zhang, and File 3 need to send to William He.
